They must pass a background and identity check, which includes criminal history at the national level. Additionally, our personnel go through rigorous skill testing to ensure they have the correct expertise to complete your project; our technicians are licensed contractors and carry $1 million liability insurance (on top of the $2 million liability insurance carried by the company). All of our professionals work for us on a full-time basis and are hired in-house, to assure that only top-quality professionals are being sent out to you.
